1. Data Collected by the uTrack Website
Your privacy is of paramount important to us. We believe that by respecting your privacy we will earn the opportunity to build a lasting relationship with your business, your clients and your staff.  Any information you provide to us will only be used for the purpose for which it was submitted. We collect your information primarily for contact and billing purposes. 2. Credit Card Information
Any credit card information submitted via uTrack is secured by industry standard and proprietary measures. uTrack and its subscribers do not store credit card information unless the uTrack subscribers or their users chose to enter credit card information for use in the uTrack recurring profiles module; in all other cases financial institutions (like PayPal, VeriSign and PSiGate) have the sole and complete responsibility for the storage of credit card information.

3. Ownership of Data Submitted to Active uTrack Subscriptions
Any data submitted to uTrack subscribers' system is wholly-owned by subscribers and their users and protected by the same safeguards that permit the secure transmission of credit card information outlined above. 4. SPAM
uTrack does not condone or tolerate spam. uTrack only sends email to uTrack system administrators to announce new updates or replies as requested to uTrack users in efforts to provide technical support.

Only you control who has access to your edition of uTrack You have the power to decide what privileges each user may have.

6. Cookies
The uTrack software requires that you enable cookies.
