Online Training

With the advent of the Internet, many more things are now possible. We no longer need to be in the same location in order to get support or training on a specific topic. We can literally be thousands of miles away.

We provide FREE online training and support to all subscribers (including those with FREE accounts) to the TravelManager solution.

What do you need to take advantage of this service

• An Inernet connected computer (we have tested it with Windows, Linux & Mac OS)
• A telephone
• A quiet room where you can concentrate and focus on the training session

How does it work?

The instructions for joining the online training session are as follows:-

• Open a Browser (for example: Internet Explorer or Firefox) and enter in (or click on) the URL https://meetmenow-uk.webex.com
• Enter in the Meeting Number provided by us (either via email or over the phone) - You will now be connected to our training session and see our computers desktop but wont be able to hear us speak
• Phone our conference call number 01452 201 104
• Enter in the Conference ID Number 1253415
• Enter the PIN Number which you will be provided by us by email or phone
