Our employee module is very flexible and allows you as the business owner to management and monitor your employees easily and effortlessly. The module allows you to store the following information about your employees:-

• Contact details
• Holidays and absence records
• Skills and Qualifications
• Driving licence types and endorsements
• Working hours and salary / hourly rate
• Bank details for payroll
• CRB check date
• 5 yearly medical check date

The system then uses this information wherever possible. For example, if the employee is on holiday or absent from work them they cannot be assigned any work. .

It also calculates the employees available holidays automatically, as well as their weekly / monthly working hours for WTD compliance and payroll informaiton.

Employees are the single greatest asset in any business and its important to ensure that all of their information is accurate and up to date. Simple things such as knowing your employees birthday can go a long way to instilling a sense of belonging and worth to your team. In the long run its cheaper and more effective to have employees who want to work for you than keep on finding new employees due to high leaving rates.
