Bulk Edit for Services and Private Hire / Chauffeur jobs
April 7th, 2008 | by admin |We have started the development of the bulk edit functionality for the daily roster / schedule.
As you can see from the screenshot you are able to see all work within the same screen and you can edit each cell by clicking on the cell and the relevant information will be available in a drop down.
So if you want to change the vehicle on a particular job you click on the relevant vehicle and a drop down will be displayed with all of your other vehicles to choose from.
You then choose the new vehicle and thats its. You can change as many drivers / vehicles as you wish and they are all saved in real time and update your roster accordingly.
We anticipate this eagerly awaited functionality will be live within the next 2-3 weeks.
